For your peace of mind, all Grace & Stone jewellery is covered by our 12-month manufacturing guarantee.
Our 12-Month Guarantee
All jewellery purchased from Grace & Stone is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects.
If you believe your jewellery has a manufacturing defect, please return the item to us for inspection. Should our assessment confirm a manufacturing fault, we will:
- Repair the item at no cost, or
- Replace the item with the same or equivalent design, or
- Issue a full refund should repair or replacement not be possible.
If the issue is found not to be related to a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and provide a repair quotation before any work is done.
Important Information
Natural Characteristics
Natural inclusions, minor variations in craftsmanship, and slight irregularities in diamonds and gemstones are inherent to fine jewellery and are not considered defects. These natural characteristics contribute to the individuality and beauty of your piece.
Images & CAD Designs
Product images and CAD designs are highly accurate but may vary slightly from the final jewellery piece due to the nature of handcrafted manufacturing.
Cleaning & Inspection Services
We recommend annual cleaning and professional inspections to maintain your jewellery and help prevent stone loss. Regular inspections can significantly extend the lifespan of your jewellery.

Conditions & Exclusions
This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Any resizing, repairs, alterations or modifications performed by a third party (other than Grace & Stone or our authorised jewellers) will void the guarantee.
The following are not covered under the guarantee:
- General Wear & Tear: Scratches, dents, chips or knicks caused by normal daily wear.
- Chemical Exposure: Damage or discolouration caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
- Physical Damage: Damage caused by activities such as weightlifting, gardening, sports or DIY work.
- Stone Loss: Loss of stones due to accidental damage, wear, or lack of regular maintenance.
Restoration & Special Finishes
Special finishes such as matte, satin or sandblasted textures may fade over time due to natural wear. Restoration services are available at an additional cost and will be quoted before any work is carried out.
