When purchasing high-end items like fine jewellery, diamonds, and gemstones, it’s crucial to be cautious. At Grace & Stone, we take every possible precaution to ensure the security of your purchase. Your jewellery item will be fully insured and accounted for throughout the entire process. We use trusted couriers and will keep you updated with tracking details and waybill numbers.

What are the Payment options?

We provide flexible payment options to suit your needs:

  1. Full payment upon order.

  1. 50% deposit upon order and the remaining 50% upon completion of the ring and before delivery.

  1. A 3-month pay-to-own plan with no additional fees.

You will receive an invoice and a receipt for any payments made.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking number along with a URL to track the live location of your parcel. We work with reputable courier services to ensure safe delivery.

How long does it take to receive my order?

At Grace & Stone, each ring is thoughtfully made to order. With a standard turnaround time of 3-4 weeks, we dedicate ourselves to impeccable quality and refined detail to ensure that your ring is perfect.

  • Local Deliveries: Approximately 1-3 working days.

  • Outlying Areas (within South Africa): 5-7 working days

  • International Deliveries: May take up to 28 working days.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. We use only trusted and reliable courier services. We recommend opting for a higher-tier shipping option, which includes insurance for your parcel, minimizing potential risks like lost or damaged items.

What Couriers Do You Use?

For local deliveries and collections, we use:

  • The Courier Guy

  • DHL

  • RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers

For international shipments, we either use DHL Couriers or can arrange for your preferred courier service.

How Do I Care for My Jewellery?

What Certificates Are Provided?

We provide Valuation Certificates for all pieces, which are essential for insuring your jewellery. Additionally, all Moissanites and Gemstones over 0.3ct are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. For Lab Grown Diamonds or Mined Diamonds over 0.3ct, we provide internationally recognized certification from either GIA or IGI.

What Is the Difference Between Lab-Grown and Mined Diamonds?

Both Lab-Grown Diamonds and Mined Diamonds are chemically and physically identical. However, lab-grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment, which results in higher clarity and fewer inclusions. One key difference is price—lab-grown diamonds are typically less expensive than their mined counterparts.

How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

If you need to make changes to your order, or if you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at hello@graceandstone.co.za or via WhatsApp (+27 679096266). We will assist you as much as possible, provided the order has not already entered the production or shipping stages.

Can I resize my ring?

Yes, you can. Every ring purchase includes one complimentary resizing, valid up to 12 months from the date of purchase, if required. We kindly recommend reading Grace & Stone’s ring resizing policy before proceeding.

How Are Your Jewellery Items Packaged?

Each piece is carefully packaged in a custom branded jewellery box with a safety gift bag. All relevant certificates are included in an accompanying folder for your convenience.

Are Your Jewelry Pieces Plated?

We do not plate our jewellery unless it is specifically requested. The only standard plating we apply is Rhodium plating on sterling silver and white gold pieces to enhance their appearance and protect against scratches.

Can I Add Engravings?

Yes, we offer engraving services for any piece of jewellery. The cost varies depending on the design and artwork you choose. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

What Exactly Is Bespoke Jewellery?

"Bespoke" refers to jewellery that is custom-designed and crafted specifically to your specifications. It is a one-of-a-kind piece made for you, ensuring that the final product is a perfect reflection of your taste and style.

Do you have a physical store?

Grace & Stone is fully online luxury jewellery store. While we do not have a physical store, this allows us to offer a more personalized and accessible experience, with the same attention to detail and quality you’d expect in person.
