By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our website.

2. About Us

Grace & Stone is an online jewellery store offering an exquisite collection of pre-designed, high-quality jewelry, including engagement rings, wedding bands, necklaces, and earrings. We are based in South Africa and comply with all applicable South African laws and regulations.

3. Eligibility

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Orders

4.1. Placing an Order
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

4.2. Order Confirmation
Upon placing your order, we will send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

4.3. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email confirming the shipment.

4.4. Changes to Orders
After an order is placed, any changes requested may result in additional charges or delays. Please contact us immediately if you need to modify your order.

5. Design Approval and Changes

Once the design sketch has been approved by the client, the design will move forward into production. Should the client wish to make any changes or request revisions after receiving the final sketch, these alterations will incur additional costs. The client acknowledges that any modifications requested after approval may result in extra charges and potential delays in the production timeline.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2. Payment Methods
We accept a range of secure payment methods, including credit/debit cards, electronic funds transfer (EFT), and other options available on our website. Payment must be made in full before we dispatch your order.

6.3. Payment Security
We utilize secure payment gateways to protect your transactions. All payment information is encrypted and handled with the highest level of security.

7. Sales and Promotions

Promotions and sales are time-limited and subject to the following conditions:

• Exclusive Offers: Sales and promotions cannot be combined with any other ongoing promotions or offers and will override any pre-existing discounts.

• Duration and Availability: Promotions and sales are only valid during specified periods. Grace & Stone reserves the right to terminate any promotion or sale at any time without prior notice.

• Exclusions: Online discounts cannot be applied to existing quotes, invoices, or custom orders.

8. Discount Coupons

• Eligibility: Discount Coupons/Codes cannot be applied to items that have already been discounted, where the discount exceeds the coupon’s value.

• Custom Designs: Discount Coupons are not applicable to custom designs or bespoke jewellery.

9. Shipping Diamonds from South Africa

Due to shipping restrictions in South Africa, all Earth-Mined and Lab-Grown Diamonds must be set in jewelry before being shipped. We are unable to ship loose stones across South African borders.

10. Shipping and Delivery

10.1. Shipping
We offer shipping both within South Africa and to selected international locations. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

10.2. Delivery
While we strive to deliver your items promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or third-party carriers.

11. Returns and Refunds

11.1. Non-Custom Jewellery
As our jewellery is pre-designed and not customized for individual orders, we accept returns for non-custom jewelry within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unused condition, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

11.2. Manufacturing Defects
If your jewelry arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will inspect the product, and if a defect is found, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

11.3. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom made pieces

• Earrings – for hygiene reasons

• Sale items

12. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content on our website is error-free. If an item is found to be significantly different from its description, your sole remedy is to return the product in its original, unused condition.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Grace & Stone or its licensors and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

16. Liability

• Incorrect or Defective Items: If the items you received are not what you ordered or are materially defective, please notify us in writing via email (hello@graceandstone.co.za) within 30 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return process to ensure eligibility for a refund.

• Delivery Issues: We will confirm the expected delivery date for your items. If your order does not arrive on the specified date, please contact us immediately via email. We cannot be held liable for delays unless we are notified in writing of the issue. Once your items are in the possession of the courier service, we are not responsible for delays or damage during transit.

• Worn Items: Grace & Stone is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage to items once the tags have been removed and the products have been worn.
